Below is the initial enrollment form we require for your pooch to attend daycare. This form may seem like a lot
of questions, but it helps us get an idea of your dog's personality. The more they come to daycare, the more
we learn about them and we can predict how they will react to certain dogs and situations, which is key in
running a safe and happy daycare.

You do not have to fill this out online. If you prefer, you may print them, fill them out and bring them with you on
your dog's 1st scheduled day. Reservations are required so we can ensure we have good play matches ready
for your pooch for their first day. For regular days, we just ask that you call ahead.

Since this is a cage-free and off-leash environment, we assess the behavior of all new pooches while
watching them interact. This is done to ensure the best possible daycare for your pooch's health and safety.
We reserve the right to determine if your pooch is a good fit for 3 Pooches. The safety of the dogs
in our daycare is our primary concern.

For the behavior assessment, we have found that leaving your dog for a couple of hours or half a day will
provide a more accurate evaluation than watching them interact for 15 minutes. Some pooches need more
time to get comfortable with their surroundings before they will begin to interact and socialize with the other
dogs. Because of this, your pooch's first day with us is half off the regular price for a full day or a half day.
